The Central Building Authority (CBA) hereby informs the General Public that Mr. Seremei Cayetano's tenure of office as Director of the Building Control Unit of CBA has come to an end as of 4th April 2023.



The CBA thank Mr. Cayetano for his two (2) years' service as Director of the Building Control Unit of CBA and we wish him well and great success in his future endeavors. 

In the interim, Mr. Evondale Moody CEng, PEng, MASCE - Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing is hereby appointed as Interim Director of the Building Control Unit of the Central Building Authority until the new Director is engage and appointed.
